The UAE University campus located in Al Maqam, Al Ain was developed under a Public Private Partnership with UAE University and the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance
Completed in 2011, the project included the design, construction, financing and non-academic operation of the campus.
The campus was built over 120 hectares, covering a net serviceable area of 282,815sqm newly built facilities and 72,000sqm of existing facilities. Operations of the facility is outsourced to Khadamat Facilities Management.
