Saudi Aramco Oil Pipelines is a strategic partnership to invest in cash flows derived from core energy infrastructure providing critical supply of crude oil to the global economy. The 25-year lease-and-leaseback arrangement with Saudi Aramco covers 100% of crude oil volumes that pass through Saudi Arabia’s pipeline system - 1 in every 8 barrels of crude oil produced globally.

Mubadala, in partnership with EIG and as part of an international investor consortium, successfully completed the acquisition of 49% interest in Saudi Aramco Oil Pipelines in 2021.
